What you pay Waselhom from your wallet, what your plan includes, and what you pay Meta directly.
Waselhom subscription
The plan's price each month, or its monthly equivalent paid upfront for 12 months on annual billing. Paid from your Waselhom wallet, for the whole company, not per user.
Included in your plan
Users, numbers and channels, plus AI agent replies, campaign messages and active conversations every month by plan, annual billing included. Unused quota doesn't roll over.
Extra usage from your wallet
Each WhatsApp number sends 1,000 free messages a month, then 0.75 EGP for each message delivered to a customer. Outbound calls are 4 EGP per started minute; incoming calls are free.
Meta's fees (separate)
Meta bills your company directly for template messages, by message type and the customer's country, on the payment method in your Meta account. Waselhom adds no markup.

When you reach your plan's limits
- AI agent replies used up for the month: it hands conversations to your team until the quota renews next month.
- Campaign messages used up: the campaign pauses and the rest waits until the quota renews.
- “Unlimited campaign messages” on Scale means Waselhom puts no cap on the number of campaign messages; the per-message fee after the free ones, Meta's fees and your number's daily limit still apply.

On every plan: the shared inbox, every channel, comments, bots, automations, calls, the CRM and campaigns.
How quotas are counted
- Quotas are monthly
- Quotas (AI agent replies, campaign messages, active conversations) renew every month from the day your subscription started, on monthly and annual billing alike. Whatever you don't use doesn't roll over to the next month.
- Active conversation
- Each conversation with activity counts once a month. Going over doesn't stop you answering customers; you get alerts at 80% and 100%.
- AI agent reply
- Each reply the AI agent sends a customer counts as one. Reply suggestions for your team and conversation summaries don't.
- Campaign message
- Each message a campaign sends counts against the campaign quota, and also toward the number's monthly message count for the fee after the free ones.
Paying and renewing
- The subscription and usage fees come out of your Waselhom wallet, in your company's country's currency (EGP or SAR).
- Top up the wallet from the wallet page in your account: by a transfer the Waselhom team checks, or by online payment once it's on for your account. The smallest top-up is 500 EGP / 50 SAR.
- The subscription renews from the wallet until you cancel renewal. If the balance falls short, the account keeps working for 3 days, then becomes read-only until it's renewed.
- Annual billing is charged upfront for 12 months at the monthly equivalent shown, and quotas stay monthly: annual Starter, for example, has 500 AI agent replies every month of the year, not 500 for the whole year.

Do I pay per user?
No. A plan's price covers the whole company and includes a number of users. If you need more, move to a bigger plan or talk to sales.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from the billing page in your account. An upgrade is charged for the difference over what's left of your subscription period; moving to a smaller plan or changing the billing period takes effect at renewal.
What happens when AI agent replies run out?
It tells the customer a colleague will follow up and hands the conversation to your team until the quota renews next month.
What's the difference between the campaign quota and the message fee?
The campaign quota caps how many campaign messages a plan sends a month. The message fee applies to all of a number's messages delivered to customers (campaigns and replies) after its first 1,000 in the month.
